How much will it cost?
Your total cost will depend on what we see you for and what kinds of treatments you will need, so we can’t tell you what your bill will be.
You will be asked to pay your insurance’s co-pay at the time of service. This is a legal requirement for us be able to bill the balance of the charges to the insurance company.
What insurance do you take?
We do take many insurance plans. This list may not always be completely up to date due to ever changing requirements by the insurance companies themselves. Please feel free to call and confirm your coverage.

Do you take checks? Credit Cards? Cash?
We take Visa™ and Mastercard™ as payment at the time of service. We do take cash, but may not be able to accept large denominations. Checks are also accepted after they have been verified using an on-line verification system.
Can I request the doctor that I want to see?
No. When you are seen in an Urgent Care or Emergency setting, you will seen by the next available physician. It is not possible to make an appointment. In rare cases, the doctor who sees you will want you to come back the next day for a re-check. If that particular physician is working on the day of your re-check, s/he may instruct you to tell the staff that s/he would like to perform the recheck.
Can you fix this ?
An Urgent Care can address a wide variety of conditions. Typical things that should be seen in an Urgent Care are
- Small /minor broken bones
- Strains & Sprains
- Earaches
- Minor Lacerations (Cuts) which may need stitches (sutures)
- Burns
- Sore Throats
- Colds & Flu symptoms.
- Boils & Cysts (abcesses) which may need to be drained.
We also provide several elective services.
- BWC Certified Provider
- Pregnancy Tests
- Sports (School) Physicals
- Blood Pressure Checks
- Full Service X-rays (with appropriate prescription from your physician)

Can I pay my bill on line?
Yes. You will need the User Name and Password printed on the bill you receive in the mail. Go to http://www.paythisbill.net or https://secure.paythisbill.net. Enter the User Name and Password found on your printed bill. You may make your payment by credit card, view your statement as a PDF file, change your address, update your insurance information or ask a general question.
Do you take appointments?
No. Urgent Care visits are "1st come, 1st served". Emergency Department visits are "Worst First". In other words, people who appear to be sicker are seen sooner. If there are many people who are equally ill, then they are seen in the order of arrival.
How long will I have to wait?
We strive to keep our patients from having to wait very long. The urgent care centers may experience waits of up to 2 hours during the winter seasons. The average visit in the Urgent Care centers lasts about 30 minutes. The Emergency Department can have waiting times as long as 4 hours to be seen by the physician. The average visit in the Emergency Department is about 4 hours from registration to discharge.
When should I go to the Emergency Department?
See our separate page for descriptions of problems that can be handled in an Urgent Care Clinic versus those that should be seen in an Emergency Department.
